Dumb fellow u do’nt understand the fact that those who were in govt job had already drafted this circular for their post retirement benefit, on one hand they will have full pension , PF with them and on other hand they will get this handsome consultancy fees, wow , mouth watering form of BHRASHTACHAR’S ACHAAR.
These type of advt demoralize the youngster and new pillars of national development. Govt. Should provide opportunity to new comer’s. It is totally irrelevant…
when we talk about healthy people 2020, it will need strategic planning… not these rubbish ideas….
We have to take initiative to oppose these disparity.
Rehabilatation programme needs to be changed, why always pick up or create posts only for for people who already had been in service.
WHY NOT A CHANCE GIVEN TO DOCTORS WHO HAD COME UP IN THEIR PRIVATE PRACTISE HAVING EXPERIENCE, their hard work and expertise could enlighten more ways of doing something better .

It is not like, the vaccancy can be available for the doctors who have related experience and skills.
I think new commer or fresher are died so they are hire rtd doctor,but they dont know in the field of medical only dynamic can do work better rather than old one
