Why not give an opportunity to Homoeopaths who had been practising for more than 25 years or 15 years, it would be better not to burden the retired Homoepaths.
I don’t know on what basis/ rationale they set eligibility criteria… Are fresh graduates or young Homoeopaths good for nothing??
wtf…….. retired ????? why the govt retired people than ….i guess all the colleges should be closed now…..because new freshers are useless in eye of govt. ….why even 25 yrs…where we will go now…….

Govt should give opportunity to young freshers . When Govt is not giving opportunity to freshers then govt should not set up elegibility criteria as 5 years-10 yrs experienced required.
It looks like those who are going to retired or had recently retired, with influence created vacancy for themselves for few years more.

Experience has no competition. Patients are better treated by the most experienced doctors than by others, no one could deny this. Children can become head of the house only when their parents are no more.
Our Gurus remain always at the high place. Their pupils can never occupy their place as long as they are alive. No patient wants to take treatment from a newly passed out doctor or a junior doctor when he has the choice of a more experienced or more senior doctor in front of him.Even a junior doctor himself would not prefer his own treatment from the other inexperienced doctors.
