NOTIFICATION
The following are the Register Numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the post of TUTOR in CASE TAKING AND REPERTORISATION on Rs.6675-10550 in GOVERNMENT HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICAL COLLEGE (Category No.143/2002) on the basis of the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 16.10.2004.

The Register Numbers are arranged in their sequence and the arrangement does not in any way indicate the respective rank position on the basis of the Objective Type Test.

Note I:- Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to absolute scrutiny of applications. Inclusion in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidate to be called for interview and subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.
Note II:- The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.
Note III:- Candidates included in the Short List are directed to send self attested copies of documents to prove their claims made in the applications i.e., Date of Birth, Qualifications, Community and other benefits if any they are entitled to the Under Secretary, GR I A Section within 15 days from the date of publication of this notification. The Register Numbers of those candidates who do not produce the required documents within the prescribed time limit and whose applications found otherwise defective will be deleted from the Short List without further notice.

The candidates who have secured 85 marks and above are included in the Main List of this Short List. The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the Supplementary Lists.

The candidates belonging to Backward Classes included in the Short List who are required to produce Non-CreamyLayer Certificate as per G.O.(P)No.36/2000/SC/ST/DD dated: 27.5.2000 shall produce the same at the time of interview. Those in the Main List who fail to produce the required Non-Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of communal reservation and will be considered as Open Competition candidates. The Register Numbers of candidates, who are liable to produce non Creamy Layer Certificates and included in the Supplementary Lists of Backward Classes and who fail to produce the Non Creamy Layer Certificates shall be deleted from the Short List without further notice.The date, time and place of interview will be intimated in due course.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked if the prescribed fee of Rs.10/-(Rupees Ten Only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the head of account “0051-PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee”. A period of one month’s time each for rechecking will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date of publication of Short List or after the publication of Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance either after the publication of Short List or after the publication of Ranked List. The application for rechecking together with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examination-II), Office of the Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom Palace.P.O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 should reach this office within 30 days from the day on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.

The fee once remitted will not be refunded.In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking within the prescribed time limit enclosing chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates in due course from this office.

It is hereby notified that the answer scripts of the candidates with the following Register Numbers for selection to the post of TUTOR in CASE TAKING AND REPERTORISATION on Rs.6675-10550 in GOVERNMENT HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICAL COLLEGE (Category No.143/2002) for which an Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) was held on 16.10.2004 have been invalidated due to the reasons noted against the respective Register Numbers.
