The following are the Register Numbers of Candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the Post of TUTOR IN PHARMACY on Rs.6675-10550 in the GOVERNMENT HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICAL COLLEGE on the basis of the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 30.10.2004. The Register Numbers are arranged in their sequence and the arrangement does not in any way, indicate the respective rank position on the basis of the Objective Type (OMR) Test.

Note 1:  Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to absolute scrutiny of applications. Inclusion in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidates to be called for interview and subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.

Note 2: The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.

The candidates who have secured 79 marks and above in the Objective Type Test (OMR) are included in the Main List of this Short List.  The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates included in the Supplementary Lists.

The candidates belonging to Backward Classes included in the Short List are required to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O.(P)No.36/2000/SC/ST/DD dated:27.05.2000 shall produce the same at the time of interview .  Those in the Main List who failed to produce the required Non-Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community and will be considered as Open Competition candidates. The Register Numbers of candidates, who are liable to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificates and included in the Supplementary Lists of Backward Classes and who fail to produce the  Non-Creamy Layer Certificates shall be deleted from the Short List without further notice.  The date, time and place of interview will be intimated in due course.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed.  But answer scripts will be rechecked, to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totalling of marks to the various answers if the prescribed fee of Rs.10/-(Rupees Ten Only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by Chalan under the Head of Account “0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee”. Candidates whose Register Numbers included in this Short List will be allowed a period of one month’s time each for rechecking with effect from the date of publication of Short List or Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance either after the publication of Short List or after the publication of Ranked List. But the candidates whose Register Numbers are not included in the Short List  should submit the application for rechecking within one month from the date of publication of Short list  and they are not entitled for a chance for rechecking after the publication of Ranked List. The application for rechecking together with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Exams.I), Office of the Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom Palace P.O., Thiruvananthapuram – 695 004 should reach this office within 30 days from the day on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission.  Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking within the prescribed time limit enclosing chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded for all the questions will be rechecked and the discrepancies, if any will be rectified. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

NOTIFICATION :It is hereby notified that the answer scripts of the candidates with the following Register Numbers relating to the post of TUTOR IN PHARMACYon Rs.6675-10550 in the GOVERNMENT HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICAL COLLEGE for which an Objective Type Test (OMR) was held on 30.10.2004 have been invalidated due to reason noted below:
