NOTIFICATION:The following are the Register Numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the post of TUTOR IN MATERIA MEDICA on Rs. 6675 – 10550 in the GOVERNMENT HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICAL COLLEGES department (Category No. 149/2002) on the basis of the Objective Type (OMR) Test held on 21.10.2004.

                  The Register Numbers are arranged in their sequence and the arrangement does not in any way, indicate the respective rank on the basis of the Objective Type (OMR) Test.

The candidates who have secured 87 marks and above in the Objective Type (OMR) Test are included in the Main List of this Short List.

            The candidates belonging to Backward classes included in the Short List who are  required to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O(P)No.36/2000 /SC/ST/DD dated 27.5.2000 shall produce the same at the time of interview. Those in the Main list who fail to produce the required Non-Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community and will be considered as Open Competition candidates.  The Register Numbers of candidates who are liable to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificates and included in the Supplementary Lists of Backward Classes and who fail to produce the Non-Creamy Layer Certificates shall be deleted from the Short List without further notice.

             The date, time and place of interview will be intimated later.

             According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed.  But answer scripts will be rechecked if the prescribed fee of Rs.10/-(Rupees Ten Only) per paper is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the head of account “0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee”. A period of one month’s time each for rechecking will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date of publication of Short list and Ranked list. Candidates whose Register Numbers not included in the Short List may submit application for rechecking within one month from the date of the publication of the Short List.  They will not be given a chance for rechecking after the publication of the Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance either after the publication of Short list or after the publication of Ranked list. The application for rechecking together with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations) I, Office of the Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom Palace.P.O, Thiruvananthapuram-695004 should reach this office within 30 days from the day on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.

            The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking within the prescribed time limit enclosing chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded for all the questions will be  rechecked and the discrepancies if any, will be rectified.  The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.        

NOTIFICATION

It is hereby notified that the answer script of one candidate with the following Register Number for selection to the post of TUTOR in MATERIA MEDICA in Government Homoeopathic Medical Colleges for which an Objective Type (OMR) Test was  held on 21.10.2004 has been invalidated due to reason noted against the Register Number.
