MAN IN DISEASE (PATHOLOGY, MICROBIOLOGY AND IMMUNOLOGY)

Section A

1.Write aetio-pathogenesis, pathological changes and clinical features of Type-I Diabetes Mellitus and explain its miasmatic background.  ( 20 marks)
2.What is hypersensitivity ? Explain the various types with miasmatic interpretation.15 marks)
3.Outline and write in short laboratory diagnosis of diarrheal diseases and discuss preventive measures and homoeopathic concept of prophylaxis.  (15 marks)


Section B

4.Define neoplasia, write types causes and spread of tumours. Add a note on miasmatic background of begin and malignant tumours.  (20 marks)
5.Write etiology, pathology and clinical features of tubercular meningitis and explain the miasmatic role. (15 marks)
6.Define infection and immunity, add a note on immune components of host and special reference to parasitic infection and role of susceptibility.   (15 marks)
