All homoeopaths registered up to 31.12.2012 at Travancore Cochin Medical Council should renew their registration with immediate effect. Other wise their name will be removed from the Kerala state register.
Travancore Cochin Medical Council decided to update the Registers of all Homoeopathy Doctors in Kerala for the purpose of CCH election.
Relaxation : Periodic renewal of registration in five years with the pre-condition of compulsory attendance of CME is not required for this time.

Last date : 15.03.2013 Date extended to 30th March 2013
By hand : Come with Original Registration Certificate and ID Card
By post : Apply with Life certificate (he/she is alive on this date) from a gazetted officer + Copy of Registration certificate.
