In latter part of 1834 ,eighty years old , Dr.Hahnemann married a french woman ,madem marie melanie d'hervilly. Actually she came to cothen to consult Dr. Hahnemann for her illness. She admire him and by this admiration they decided to marry. Soon 28th january 1835, they were married in coethen .

Madam Hahnemann wished to return to Paris and Hahnemann had no objection to leaving his own country. Hahnemann came to Paris with his bride in the last of June or the first week in July. Initially they settled in a house situated near the garden of Luxembourg, but soon moved to larger house known as NO. 1' RUDE DE MILAN'. Hahnemann got his right to practice in Paris by help of his wife .

Dr Hahnemann says in his will that he came to Paris to rest and not to practice but reality ,that he had his practice been so large that never before. His consulting room were crowed with patients. He was so busy that he did not write any new books after come to Paris. He only revised and published second edition of the 'organon'.

In Paris Hahnemann was well received by homeopathic society. During his practice in Paris  many of popular name of that time consulted him for their illness. In list there were chemists, doctors, scientist all over Europe. Dr Hahnemann lived with Melanie ,in a large villa ,front of it lined up the coaches of his patients . Dr Hahnemann always examined his patient in presence of his wife. His wife never left his side. she mastered his casebooks, all symptoms and most obscure notes of materia medica pura

World famous greatest violinist Niccolo' Paganini was also Dr. Hahnemann's patient in 1837.He had to postpone an opening concert due to " sickness in the trachea". Many years Paganini received diverse diagnosis and treatment. Ultimately he came to Dr. Hahnemann by showing his good reputation in high society of Paris .

Paganini told very pitiful disease history to Hahnemann. He was very ill when young and suffering from coughs. Initially he was diagnosed as syphilis patient and for it ,he taken mercury treatment

Dr. Hahnemann noticed that due to mercury treatment ,his all teeth had fallen out, his mouth has ulcerated with abscess on jawbone . Paganini suffer from chronic erection for several years. He could ejaculated by the mere sight of a women. Paganini had connective tissue problem,so he had hyperextension of his fingers and he could play violin very rapidly. He was called the demon violinist. his fingers was so flexible, extensible that he played violin so rapidly.

To choosing a remedy , Hahnemann considered Paganini's appearance and his personal habits. There are various story regard Paganini's life. One of that, he was a man of great frugality, he was known for bargain to lower prise .He had habit of purchase used clothings . Once he purchased clothes, he would war them ,and patch them continually,  insisting that "an old garment is an old friend'.

By this habit we homeopath understand that why Dr.Hahnemann prescribed homeopathic Sulphar for him. Dr.Hahnemann gave Paganini the medicine with which he usually started treatment of patients.

He gave highly diluted sulpher solution. He explained Paganini that "take 1 drop of solution already diluted , should be mix with 30 spoons of water. Dr.Hahnemann also advised regard his diet ;no coffee, no tea,and only strongly diluted wine Dr. Hahnemann first gave him sulpher 30 and latter pulsatilla 30 also .

Bad luck for Paganini that Dr. Hahnemann unable to help him.

Soon Dr. Hahnemann stopped treating him.  So, there was break between doctor and patient .but, reality was another .

Due to Paganini's good looks and fame woman attract to him. Such incidence occur with Hahnemann's life . Paganini came to Hahnemann as a patient and fell in love with Melanie. Paganini told her so and she seem to have responded in a very nasty manner .

Dr. Hahnemann also realised that Paganini had gotten too familiar with his young wife . Melanie (handley,1990.page114).Following the death of Paganini, only three years later ,it was discovered that break between maestro and society ,later had causes quite other than health. After Paganini's death a, love letter to melanie hahnemann was found among his property..
