sir one of my patient named nayana 36 presented with severe pain in abdomen..on ultra sound she had bulky uterus+intra mural fibroid(largest one measures 1.9*2cms)and also subseral fibroid.anterior myometrium has a fibroid measuring 5.8*4.5cms.also left ovary shows a multiloculated cystic lesion measuring 8*4.9cms.CA-125 is within normal limits.she does not wish to undergo removal of ovary and scared of hysterectomy as she wishes to conceive again .(now one child).sir what s the scope of our system here .i m cofused bz of the complication as there is a chance for the rupture of this big cyst.kindly give me a suggestion

As far as reliable sources..no cancellation of current exam..in future Lecturer/Asst. Professor is the entry cadre…for that also amendment of special rule required..that i not easy..
